All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Mail. 

Priority Express Mail: (1-2 business day) Cost: $39.00

Priority Express shipping orders must be placed before 12 pm MST to arrive on the next business day. Express shipments to smaller cities may take two days to arrive. Express Mail requires a signature upon delivery.

Some countries may not add customs charges if your order is a gift. If your order is a gift, check the box when checking out or add it to the NOTES area at check out. The package will be marked as a gift on the customs form.

* Please allow for a longer shipping time on International orders, generally 7-10 business days for Priority Mail International.

** Allow 4-8 business days for Express Mail International. International packages may be subject to custom’s inspection and may be held at customs for as long as 30 days.

Some countries do not have the ability to track with UPS or USPS. Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Korea, and several others are among them. Please be advised that we will ship to the address provided but are not liable for non-receipt of orders after leaving the US. It will be up to these customers to find their orders in their own shipping systems.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We can only offer return privileges if an incorrect item is shipped or an item is received damaged or defective.
Used skin care products may not be returned and will not be refunded.

Refunds: A 10% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for a refund of the original form of payment. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to Company error or product defect.

More on Refunds: Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution. Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order.

Original S&H are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or Company error. How can I return an item I’ve purchased if I’ve changed my mind or reconsidered? We cannot process a return claim for any reconsideration of purchase once the package is in transit with the carrier. “Changing your mind” is not a valid reason for a return. However, when returning an item because you’ve ‘changed your mind’, Advanced Skincare Solutions Store is NOT obligated to refund your original shipping cost or your return shipping fee. Skincare Solutions Store reserves the right to only give back the original item price purchased, minus the shipping fees, discounts, and a 10% restocking fee.

Some items cannot be returned for refunds or store credits:

Electric Hair Tools & Appliances – Most tools/appliances have product warranty available through the manufacturer. Product(s) must be registered directly through the manufacturer within the specified time frame that is provided in our product details page of the item. Certain product(s) may not have a product warranty available due to manufacturer relationship status.

Cancelling or Canceled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, ONLY if cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once package is in transit with the carrier.

Free Shipping Offers: For ‘free shipping’ packages, shipping cost will be assessed and deducted from final reimbursement of refunds and store credits. Any shipping cost that you incur to return the product will not be refunded unless it is a Company error. Non-refundable shipping applies to both domestic and international shipping.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

Payment Methods and Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

There are no refunds for mis-spelled or wrong shipping addresses as long as the USPS Delivery shows confirmed delivery.

Warranty claims for devices we carry must be made by contacting the manufacturer. A device that fails to function due to manufacturer defect within the warranty period may be replaced with an identical or equivalent model device by the manufacturer.

IN NO EVENT, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, SHALL Advanced Skincare Solutions Store, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. BY PURCHASING SUCH PRODUCT YOU ARE ASSUMING THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF SUCH PRODUCT.
